Instructions for use

1, the sensor shall not fall, shall not collide, shall not be too heavy force.

2. Sensor deceleration does not move with the cylinder as far as possible.

3. It is recommended that the locking torque should be 0.15~0.20NM, and the maximum torque should not exceed 0.25NM to avoid product damage.

4, installed in the middle of the action range.

5. Sensor wiring

The guide shall not withstand repeated bending and stretching. Please load after power-on.

Maintain good insulation for retarding.

Not with power slow, high pressure slow side by side or use the same level of slow pipe.

Please properly cache according to the cache schematic diagram.

6. Perform regular maintenance and check as follows

Check that the sensor is not loose.

Check that the conductor is intact. Make sure the indicator light correctly indicates the piston motion position.

7. Use environment

Do not use in explosive gas environment.

Waterproof type should not be used for a long time in the water immersion environment, others should not be used for frequent water erosion environment.

Do not use in magnetic fields.

Do not use in the environment where the electrical pulse is generated.

Do not use in an environment with oil or chemicals, do not use in an environment with excessive impact.

Try to avoid iron powder accumulation magnetic body dense environment.
